April 20-22, 2015

Thursday, April 20

7:00pm:

GWA “SOCIAL” first floor of the Farm House.


Friday, April 21

11:00am:

Registration is Open.

1:00pm:

Living History begins on Allied and CP side of the line. All event participants are encouraged to be in uniform if they are in the Allied and CP area starting at this time.

2:00pm:

Allied Officer’s Call Company Commanders – Gunga Den.

CP combat commanders' meeting will be announced by the CP Combat Commander at the event.

2:30pm:

Allied Officer’s Call Company Commanders – Gunga Den.

Senior NCO Call Company Sergeant Majors/1st Sergeants, Engineer, Medical, MP reps.

3:30 — 4:30pm:

Mandatory New Recruit Training at the Fusilier crater in No Man’s Land.

5:00 pm:

Gate closes. ALL cars need to be removed from the GWA combat area.

5:00 pm:

Registration Closes. All those wishing to participate in Friday night combat, but do not arrive prior to 4:45 P.M. to obtain their trench pass from the Registration shed, MUST be preregistered. Check in will be at the MP station for the Allies, or the German HQ (92nd area) for sign in and issuance of trench pass. Walk-on's (New Recruits) will not be allowed to participate in Friday night combat unless they attend the New Recruit Safety Meeting.

6:00pm:

GWA Friday Safety meeting at the Memorial - This is a MANDATORY meeting for all members of the GWA whether playing Friday night or not. Trench passes will be checked. This meeting is an insurance requirement.

7:00pm:

Full combat/full play no restrictions.

11:00pm:

Combat ends.



Saturday, April 22

6:00-7:45am:

Stand To. Breakfast in the front lines (Combat will be ongoing during this period).

8:00-8:30am:

Battalion Formation/Allied Safety Meeting/ CP Formation/ CP Safety Meeting (Separate). Make up new member safety training for those who missed the Friday meeting with each perspective safety officer.

8:30am:

Combat Resumes.

10:00pm:

Combat Operations Cease.



Sunday, April 23

5:00 am:

Vehicles may be driven on to the site. NO VEHICLES are permitted on the site between 5:00 P.M. Friday and 5:00 A.M. Sunday. If an emergency arises, only a Board member can give permission to drive a vehicle on the site during restricted hours.

7:00am-8:30am:

Battlefield cleanup ALL UNITS MUST CLEAN UP THEIR AREAS

8:00 am:

Allied Rep and CP Rep will be at the Farm House to receive comments, concerns and issues for the Board and will be discussed at the Board meeting in May.
